Who this policy covers

This policy describes information handling for IntegraLink’s website at ilinkkc.com, including its commercial and residential pages, and inquiries made through the contact channels listed on the website. IntegraLink is based in Parkville, Missouri, and serves the Kansas City area.

Installed customer networks, cameras, and other systems may involve separate agreements and the privacy practices of equipment or platform providers. This website policy does not replace those agreements or policies.

Information we receive

• Information you provide: When you email, call, or otherwise contact us, we receive the information you choose to share, such as your name, email address, phone number, property or business location, project details, and correspondence.
• Website usage information: Our website and its service providers may receive technical information such as IP address, browser and device details, pages visited, referring websites, visit times, and cookie identifiers.
• Website interactions: When analytics is enabled under the regional defaults or your saved preference described below, Google Analytics records usage and interactions, including clicks on phone, email, service inquiry, navigation, and map links, views of website sections, FAQ openings, and mobile navigation use. For calls, we distinguish opening or canceling the confirmation from continuing to your calling app. We do not treat an email-link click as a sent email or a confirmed call-link click as a completed call. We do not send form contents or visitor-provided contact details as custom interaction parameters. Clicking an email or phone link does not itself give our website access to the contents of your email or call.

Please do not send passwords, payment card details, or other sensitive information in an initial project inquiry.

How information is used

Information is used to respond to questions, discuss project requirements, prepare estimates, coordinate requested services, provide support, and maintain business correspondence. Website usage information helps us understand which pages and services visitors use, improve the website, and identify technical or security issues.

Future contact forms and submissions

Our website does not currently include a contact form or accept form submissions. If we add one, we will explain the information requested and its intended use alongside the form before you submit it.

Information you may submit: A future form may request your name, email address, phone number, company name (for commercial inquiries), project or property location, service interests, and a message about your project. Please provide only information relevant to your inquiry and do not include passwords, payment card details, or other sensitive information.

How we would use submissions: IntegraLink would use submitted information to respond to your inquiry, assess project needs, prepare estimates, arrange appointments, coordinate requested work, provide support, and maintain related business records. We would not automatically enroll you in marketing communications or SMS messaging because you submitted a form or provided a phone number. Any SMS or marketing opt-in would be separate and optional, with the applicable disclosures shown at the point of collection.

Handling and retention: Submissions would be accessible to authorized IntegraLink personnel and service providers as needed to receive, protect, route, store, or respond to the inquiry and deliver requested services. We would not sell form submissions or share them with third parties for their marketing. Information would be retained only as needed for the purposes described in this policy and applicable legal or business obligations. You could request access, correction, or deletion by emailing info@ilinkkc.com, subject to applicable exceptions.

This section applies to future contact forms on both the commercial and residential portions of our website. It does not indicate that a form is currently available. The separate protections for mobile information and SMS consent in Calls and SMS messaging also apply to any future form.

Cookies and service providers

Google Analytics: Our commercial, residential, and privacy pages use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to measure website traffic and interactions. For visitors identified by our hosting provider as being in Missouri or Kansas, basic analytics is enabled by default unless you have opted out or your browser sends a supported privacy signal. For visitors in other locations, or when location cannot be determined, analytics remains off until you allow it. A previously saved rejection is always respected. You can turn analytics off at any time using Cookie settings in the footer. Our website tag disables Google signals and advertising personalization and denies advertising storage and advertising-data consent; basic analytics uses first-party cookies such as _ga and does not require advertising cookies. Analytics can use cookies and similar technologies to distinguish browsers and collect usage information. Google Maps: Our website loads embedded Google Maps only after you allow maps through our cookie controls. You can instead use the external Open in Maps link. Loading or interacting with a map can send information such as your IP address and browser details to Google and may involve cookies or other technologies under Google’s policies.

Regional privacy defaults: Our hosting provider derives an approximate country and state from the network request. A same-site endpoint returns only whether the Missouri/Kansas analytics default is available. It does not request precise device location, return your IP address, or save a location profile. Hosting providers may still process request logs as described below.

Google Fonts: Website fonts are loaded from Google. Font requests send technical information, including your IP address and browser request information, to Google.

Website hosting: The website is hosted on Vercel. Hosting infrastructure may process request information and technical logs to deliver and protect the website. Read Vercel’s Privacy Policy for more information.

Following a link to Facebook, Google, or another external service takes you to a service with its own privacy practices. If you contact IntegraLink through Facebook or Messenger, Meta also processes that interaction under its own policies.

Calls and SMS messaging

Calling IntegraLink: Every website call link opens a confirmation before handing the number to your device’s calling app. Selecting “I agree — continue to call” authorizes only that call. Your carrier’s calling charges may apply. Calling us, confirming a call, accepting cookies, or providing a phone number does not by itself enroll you in SMS messaging or authorize marketing texts.

SMS consent and message types: If you separately opt in to receive SMS/MMS from IntegraLink, messages may include responses to inquiries, estimates, appointment scheduling, project or service updates, and customer support. Message frequency varies based on your interactions and service needs. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to SMS is optional and is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. Any marketing texts require a separate opt-in.

Opt out and help: Reply STOP to unsubscribe from text messages. Reply HELP for assistance, or email info@ilinkkc.com. After an opt-out, a final confirmation message may be sent; further messages require a new opt-in. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Mobile information and consent: We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We may provide information to service providers solely as necessary to operate and deliver our messaging service, or as required by law. SMS opt-in data and consent are excluded from the other sharing categories described in this policy and are not shared for unrelated purposes.

Website confirmation: This website does not collect or record SMS opt-ins. To request text communication, contact our team and complete a separate SMS opt-in process before messaging begins.

Information sharing

Information may be processed by providers that support website hosting, analytics, email, communications, and business operations. Information relevant to a requested project may also be shared with people or providers involved in delivering that service.

Information may be disclosed when required by law or legal process, to address fraud or security issues, or to protect legitimate rights and safety. We may also share information when you ask us to or authorize it.

Retention and security

Information is retained as needed for the purposes described here, including responding to inquiries, providing services, maintaining business records, and meeting applicable legal obligations. Retention periods vary with the information and the systems used to process it.

No website, email service, or method of electronic storage is completely secure. Please use the contact details below to discuss a suitable way to share sensitive project information.

Your choices and privacy requests

• Use the Cookie settings control on any page to allow or reject analytics and embedded maps separately. Embedded maps are off until allowed. Analytics uses the regional defaults described above, while a saved choice takes precedence. We honor Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals by keeping analytics off, including when a prior preference allowed it. Your preference is stored in this browser for six months and shared across the commercial, residential, and privacy pages. If browser storage is unavailable, the choice applies only to the current page. Changing a preference takes effect immediately; opting out of analytics reloads the page to stop a previously loaded tag and removes accessible Google Analytics cookies.
• You can limit or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may affect some third-party features and does not prevent every type of technical request or logging.
• Google offers a Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on for supported desktop browsers.
• You can choose what information to include in an inquiry and contact us to correct information or request access to or deletion of information you have provided.
• If you receive promotional communications from us, you can ask us to stop them. Communications necessary for an active project or service request may continue.

Children’s privacy

Our website and services are intended for business customers and adults arranging residential projects, rather than children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can investigate and address it.
